  • Adjust quotes based on actual equipment condition upon inspection.
  • Refuse service to any customer for any legitimate business reason.

5. Equipment Condition and Representations

When submitting equipment for sale or recycling, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the equipment or have legal authority to sell/dispose of it.
  • The equipment description you provide is accurate and complete.
  • The equipment has not been reported as stolen or lost.
  • You have removed all personal data from any storage devices before transfer.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for equipment purchases will be made upon completion of inspection and verification of equipment condition. We offer payment via check, direct deposit, or PayPal, subject to our processing timelines.

For equipment purchases by customers, payment is due upon delivery or pickup of equipment. We accept major credit cards, company checks, and wire transfers for qualified business accounts.

7. Data Destruction Services

While we provide certified data destruction services using NIST 800-88 compliant methods, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all data from damaged or malfunctioning storage devices. We strongly recommend that customers remove or destroy highly sensitive data before transferring equipment to us.

Certificates of destruction are provided as documentation of our processes but do not constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding data removal from non-functional media.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printer Recyclers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of this website or our services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim or $100.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Printer Recyclers makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on this website.

Refurbished equipment sold by us comes with a 90-day limited warranty covering mechanical and electrical defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printer Recyclers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of this website or our services.
